Nevermind SICAV RAIF – Venture Lazio receives investment through LAZIO Venture 2, a Regione Lazio initiative implemented through Lazio Innova and co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Programme Lazio FESR 2021–2027. FESR is the European Regional Development Fund.

[Supporting companies in Lazio]
The fund invests in early-stage technology companies operating in Lazio or establishing operations in the region. Its focus is dual-use STEP technologies, including aerospace, underwater systems, artificial intelligence for defence, cybersecurity, robotics and autonomous systems, advanced materials, energy security and biotechnology.
The investment programme aims to help these companies develop their technologies and grow, while strengthening Lazio’s capacity in strategic sectors. Our regional scouting activities connect founders with investors, research institutions and industrial partners to identify investment opportunities and support their development.
The regional scouting programme also receives support through the Sovvenzione ai Costi di Esplorazione (SCE) under LAZIO Venture 2, co-financed by the European Union through the Regional Programme Lazio FESR 2021–2027. This grant supports the identification of investment opportunities and the development of the fund’s presence in Lazio.

[Implementation and investment proposal]
The fund became operational in August 2026 and is accepting investment proposals. Founders can submit their company presentation to dealflow@nvm.vc, including information about their technology, funding needs and current or planned operations in Lazio. Proposals are assessed independently against the fund’s investment criteria and the programme’s eligibility requirements.
Progress and results will be updated as the investment and scouting programmes develop. The fund is managed by NATAM Management Company S.A., with Prometheus Investment Management Ltd acting as delegated investment manager and Ulixes Capital Partners S.r.l. as advisory company.
